We welcome dealers specializing in all formats and genres: vinyl records (33s, 45s, 78s), CDs, cassettes, music memorabilia, stereo equipment, and pop culture related collectibles. Whether you're a full-time dealer or part-time collector looking to sell duplicates, we have space for you.

Application Process
Follow these steps to apply for table space at the Nashville Record Convention, July 9–10, 2027, at the Nashville Fairgrounds.
Fill out an application, including how many tables you want and what kind of merchandise you have.
We will review your application and approve it.
You’ll get an email with payment instructions.
A few weeks before the Nashville Record Convention, you’ll receive a packet in the mail with your table numbers, load-in instructions, and other information.
Make your way to the Nashville Fairgrounds and set up.

Refund Policy
Dealer fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. If you provide enough notice that we can resell your tables we may offer a refund at our discretion, we may also approve transfer of table space to another vendor at our discretion.
